Experienced Mediator Resolving Disputes
As an experienced litigation attorney, I value the importance of being able to take cases through to trial when that is necessary to reach a positive resolution. However, I also understand the time and expense involved in trying a case, not to mention the stress. I am in favor of alternative dispute resolution, such as mediation, whenever possible.
With my nearly two decades of experience, I have the knowledge necessary to carefully and fairly mediate a wide variety of disputes. I provide mediation services from Austin to Bryan-College Station. I was certified by the A.A. White Institute in 1998, I am on the FINRA Approved Mediator List, and I have successfully mediated over 200 cases in my career.
Types of Mediation
Much of my mediation experience involves serving as a mediator between businesses who are tangled up in a contract or other business-related disputes.
Additionally, I mediate between individual and business clients in other disputes, including:
- Real estate disputes
- Defamation disputes
- Securities disputes
Family law mediation services are also available, and I am committed to achieving a fair balance between the rights of the father and the rights of the mother in these cases.
