Before going to law school, I worked as a loan officer at a bank. There, I gained familiarity with the business concepts that I would later find at the heart of many disputes.

I also know that business can often seem personal. There are relationships at the heart of many of these disputes. When a conflict arises between two companies that have worked together for years, it is easy for both sides to become emotional. I take great care to help my clients focus on the facts and remember that the decisions that must be made are business decisions. Emotions must be removed to do what is right for the business.
